The Way We Build Products Has Fundamentally Changed.

Most products fail not because entrepreneurs fail to build what they set out to build, but because they waste needless time, money, and effort building the wrong product. In other words, they build something nobody wants.

We call this the Innovator's Bias for their solution.

The challenge is that the Innovator's Bias is immune to lecture. So you can't simply tell people to act differently. You have to challenge their thinking and transform their current mindsets.

This is where coaches comes in.

cfc-coaching.png

The challenge to adoption isn't about just the merit of the framework or motivation of the teams, but overcoming old habits and new anxieties.

Coaches versus Mentors/Advisors

We see this all the time: Startups ask 10 advisors for advice and get 10 different answers.

That doesn't help them -- it creates needless chaos. This the Advisor Whiplash problem.

While there is a place for mentors, advisors, and domain experts, the earliest stage is riddled with extreme uncertainty and startups need more coaching versus advising.

The job of a coach isn’t giving entrepreneurs the right answers, but rather asking the right questions.

Rather than providing overly prescriptive tactics that have a limited expiration date, a coach should instead strong guide the strategy with time tested principles and a toolbox of business model design patterns.

That's what we teach you how to do in this workshop.

"Lean Startup, or Business Model Design, or Design Thinking?"

This is the Wrong Question. In order to achieve breakthrough innovation, you shouldn’t be limiting yourself to any one of these frameworks, but rather using all three — and possibly more.

The way you do that is by thinking in terms of a framework of frameworks.

While each of the frameworks above overlap, each has a specific superpower that tends to stands out above the others. The Continuous Innovation Framework is a curated collection of the best frameworks, methodologies, and tactics for building what customers want and achieving business model results.

Practice trumps theory

Our Coach Marketplace Network is made up of practicing entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, educators, and mentors that span the globe.

That means we consult with many of the top universities, accelerators, and organizations around the world. To date, we have put over 1,000 teams through this program spanning over 20 countries. This is the learning flywheel that helps us continuously evolve our battle-tested playbooks.

CI Playbooks

Playbooks are curated step-by-step guides that teach key mindsets, strategies, and tools for going from idea to scale.

But that's not what makes us different. What sets us apart is that we are first and foremost practicing entrepreneurs.

The Continuous Innovation Framework was built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs and it shows.

Entrepreneurship is like a martial art. You can't simply read or teach it, you have to live it. We practice what we teach and the more we coach, the more we learn and share, the better results everyone gets.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. How do you deliver remote workshops?

We deliver our remote workshops over a Zoom meeting and use the breakout rooms feature for team activities. If you haven't experienced break out rooms, it's a killer feature.

    2. How do you maintain a high level of interactivity?

    We do two things.

    • We limit participation to 20 attendees per workshop.
    • We ask everyone to connect with audio and video enabled.

Check out some video samples from past workshops:

    3. Are there any downsides of remote vs. live?

Sure, we won't get to shake hands... but's that's probably a good thing for the time being :)

On the upside, because the workshop is delivered remotely, you don't need to travel or commute.

We also record these sessions, so you'll have a replay of the workshop that you can review even after the workshop.
