  • Consultants who want to drive greater business results for their clients in their new and/or existing products.

What You'll Learn

You'll learn how to coach teams to take their starting business model design assumptions and systematically validate their idea for sufficient demand (aka traction) using a Mafia Offer Campaign.

Coaching DVP

A Mafia Offer campaign is designed to fit within a 90-Day cycle and you'll learn several battle-tested problem discovery, solution design, and offer delivery recipes along the way.

DVP 90-Day Cycle

"This program not only changed my approach to building my startup, but it made sure I was focusing on loving the problem and not the product, and constantly reminding myself that the product is the whole business model and not just the MVP itself."
