This workshop is delivered over four online workshops (3.5 hours each) run weekly for 4 weeks. These workshops teach you the skills you need to acquire to deeply understand customers, identify problems worth solving, and delivering an offer.
In between workshop sessions, you'll get to apply everything through project work on an actual product.
WEEK 1: THE CUSTOMER FORCES MODEL
In this workshop you'll learn the behavioral science of how customers buy and use products. We'll build on this model in subsequent workshops.
WEEK 2: DECONSTRUCTING PROBLEM DISCOVERY
This workshop breaks down the 3 steps for running effective customer interviews.
WEEK 3: DECONSTRUCTING SOLUTION DESIGN
We'll cover how to post-process your raw interview notes into actionable insights and design a solution for switch.
WEEK 4: DECONSTRUCTING OFFER DELIVERY
You'll learn how to deliver and optimize a Mafia offer.
This workshop is delivered over 4 half-days and tuition is USD $2,500.
Educators (must teach at an accredited institution) and non-profits qualify for a 40% discount and pay a tuition of USD $1,500 .
