Mohammed Al Rasbi is an Omani serial entrepreneur, startup mentor and technical director. Mohammed started his first business in 2003 and has since been working in the information technology industry. With a comprehensive understanding of market evolution and online technologies, Mr. Al Rasbi is responsible for major digital project launches for institutional clients in the Sultanate of Oman.

Today he works as the managing director, venture investment leader and entrepreneur-in-residence in Oman Technology Fund, and is the managing director of the fund’s acceleration pre-seed and seed programs. Within the past two years, he has invested in more than 50 startups in the Middle East. In addition, Mohammed manages R&D Group of companies which he founded in 2003. Group services range from award-winning digital design to online communications strategy.

His international studies include The George Washington University where he earned Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering and worked several years as a senior analyst.
