Module 1 - Deconstruct your idea

The first step is deconstructing your idea into its component pieces using a 1-page Lean Canvas. It is fairly common to first create a “big idea” canvas and then refine it into more specific variants.

Module 2 - Stress test your idea?

You then refine each variant through the lenses of desirability, viability, and feasibility to prioritize your top 3 variants.

Module 3 - Pitch your Idea

With all the ingredients now in order, this module will bring together all the pieces and show you how to weave them together into a compelling story pitch.

Your story pitch helps you communicate your idea clearly and concisely to others as a business model story so they buy-in.

A simple model that doesn’t work on paper will most likely not work in the real world.
